About Us

We are a small PWC accessory brand specializing in direct-fit parts that add the features riders wish came from the factory.

Our goal is to create products that feel solid, fit correctly, and hold up in real-world use. Every part is carefully designed to provide a clean, factory-style fit without unnecessary modifications.

With years of engineering and marine product design experience, we focus on durability from the start. We use UV-resistant materials and stainless steel hardware to help our products withstand sun, water, and repeated use.

Designed by riders. Engineered for the water. Built to last.

Meet the Print Farm

the hardest-working members of the SWC team: our printers. They run countless hours behind the scenes and make nearly everything we do possible.

Anyone can buy a 3D printer, but producing consistent, high-quality parts takes experience. Our print farm is operated, maintained, and monitored in-house, giving us full control over material selection, print settings, quality, and production schedules.

Each machine is carefully calibrated, and every finished part is inspected before it leaves our shop. Keeping production in-house allows us to quickly refine designs, maintain consistent quality, and keep products moving without relying on an outside manufacturer.

Clay

Lead Design and Manufacturing Engineer

Clay is usually in one of two places: out on the water or working in SolidWorks on the next product.

Born and raised in Georgia, Clay earned a degree in mechanical engineering and spent time in Florida working for a military boat manufacturer. His background in marine product design and manufacturing plays a key role in developing and expanding SWC’s catalog of PWC accessories.

He focuses on creating durable, direct-fit products that look clean, install easily, and hold up to real use on the water.

Sam

Operations and Production Engineer

Sam plays a key role in keeping both the business and engineering functions of SWC moving forward. With experience leading large engineering teams in the defense industry, he brings a strong ability to organize projects, solve problems, and deliver products successfully.

He also has nearly 10 years of 3D-printing experience, dating back to the early days of consumer desktop printers. His expertise in printer setup, maintenance, and production helps resolve the small issues that can slow down a print farm, keeping SWC’s manufacturing operations running smoothly. He holds a mechanical engineering degree, which further supports his technical and operational perspective.

Peyton

Business Development and Marketing

If Peyton could be described in one sentence, it would be: “Quality takes time, so let me take it.”

Peyton leads Southern Wake Co.’s business development, marketing, and content strategy. He focuses on translating our engineering work into clear, useful content that helps riders understand how each product improves their watercraft.

His ability to turn products into content that connects with customers is a major asset to the team. SWC can have talented engineers designing great parts, but those products still need to reach the right customers. Peyton is the one who helps make that happen.
